As a creative individual I offer you a new perspective on the world by taking something we see everyday that has become mundane and constantly trying to find new ways to make it interesting and unique. I bring uniqueness to my art by creating portraits similar to what we see photographers do by capturing a moment but bringing it to life with the use of watercolor. What I enjoy the most when painting portraits is finding and capturing a moment of dramatic emotion that leaves my figure exposed and with this moment I use my medium to draw out the figures emotion, this allows me to create a story and bring new life to the figures. What sets my portraits apart from those done by other artists is my use of chromatic colors many artists shy away from such vivid colors but I use the strong contrasts to experiment with how color affects the mood and tone of a piece.
